INFORMATION WHEN MAKING
A BOOKING
Reservation: a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Payment must
be received within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled. Balance to be
paid upon arrival. Two night minimum on weekends and holidays.
Payment: Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, personal checks with identification Traveler's checks in U.S.
funds, cash
Confirmation: Will be mailed to you upon receipt of deposit. One night visits
require full payment at time of reservation.
Check In: between 3:00
p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Check Out: by 11:00 a.m.
Late Arrivals: guests arriving after 5:00 p.m. must make special arrangements
in advance with proprietors.
Cancellations: Must be received
14 days prior to reservation date less a $20.00 handling fee or guest is charged
the full price of one nights stay of the room they booked.
We regret we are unable
to accommodate young children and pets. This is a non smoking residence.
